"Please help us to continue to do the necessary work that aids people in our community. Last year we were able to provide over 85,698 meals to 650 families in need on the Key Peninsula. Another 2500 people access our bread closet each month for supplemental food support. We assisted 48 families with enrollment in the Pierce County Energy Assistance Program. These families and individuals were then able to pay less in utilities throughout the colder months of the year. Several people were helped with propane and wood for their stoves. Our center provided $10.000 towards direct mortgage, rental, and utility assistance this past year. We have partnered with the Department of Social and Health Services and Pasados Spay and Neuter program to bring their mobile vans to our center for clients needing those services."
